This luxury villa is situated in Praiano, the next town around the coast and just 4 kilometres from Positano. A quiet fishing village, it is less busy than Positano, but enjoys many of the same advantages with its wonderful views and delightful small beach, the Marina di Praia. From the property, it is just 10 minutes walk down to the sea, where boat trips can be organized for excursions along the Amalfi coast or to swim in the clear waters of Li Galli Island. The villa is in the town, within walking distance from the shops, yet very private. The villa is on different levels on a cliffside, in a panoramic position overlooking the sea. Access is from the main road down steps to a beautiful white staircase which leads to the main entrance to the house. In spite of its steep location, the house is quite child friendly with lots of space and high walls or balustrades at each level. On the lowest level is a large infinity swimming pool (100 sq.m) with surrounding sun terrace. The large rooms are beautifully decorated and furnished in a traditional style. The ground floor living area opens to a wide terrace with outdoor dining area, with pizza oven, where meals can be taken while enjoying the magnificent sea views. The bedroom level opens to another terrace, also furnished for dining and relaxing outdoors. Continental breakfast is included in the price and a chef for other meals is available on request.
