Fully furnished 1 room studios are also available for annual rentals inclusive of utilities. Housekeeping of such accommodations can be managed by tenants themselves or out- sourced at prevalent charges. Apartments and studios can be leased only by corporate entities or by individuals having UAE residence visas. Annual rentals are not available on-line. All our accommodation blocks offer recreation and fitness facilities like swimming pool, sauna and gymnasium for tenants; some new blocks also offer squash courts and a children's play area. Limited free covered parking is also available. Residential units both in Golden Sands as well as Silver Sands comply with all local safety and security regulations.
