They first present you the caracteristics of the vineyard of St Emilion and the specifities of Château Franc Mayne. Then you go in the vat room and have some explanations about the process of making red wine, and finally you cross the ancient quarries that goes from the post house to the where the limestone was extracted to built St Emilion and the surrouding to the part which was converted in a barrels cellar.Of course, you'll have the oportunity to go into the tasting room, where you taste two differents vintages and advices about the way to taste wine are given |
