Au Relais Falisco, tout est étudié, dans les moindres détails, afin de créer une atmosphère agréable et reposante. Le romantique salon, où trône la cheminée, et la terrasse d'où l'on jouit d'un superbe panorama, sont des lieux idéaux pour converser ou lire tout en buvant un bon vin. Dans les anciennes écuries de ce noble palais, se trouve, aujourd'hui, le restaurant. Les recettes de la cuisine locale traditionnelle y sont servies avec de très bons vins, le service est bon et efficace. Les 7 suites, la baignoire hydro-massage dans la grotte étrusque et la tour du belvédère ajoutent un plus, important, à cet hôtel où le temps semble s'être arrêté il y a des siècles. |
