Dining is informal: excellent Moroccan and International cuisine is served wherever you please - in a candlelit riad, high on the ramparts, on a terrace beneath the star-studded desert sky or pool side amongst the olive trees. A cosy, indoor dinning room in Dar Ouarda, but guests are free to choose where they wish to dine: in one of the numerous ryads, on the ramparts or outside terraces, or in the pretty poolside olive groove.
