The Colonna Resort spreads out over an area of 60,000 square metres in total and is composed of 2 different blocks of villas, constructed in the tradirional style of the "Costa Smeralda", and are named the "Country" and "Sporting Club". The "Country" club is developed around two big swimming pools connected by a waterfall, among junipers and myrtles. The light of the sun, the hills in the background and the evocative coves are the natural setting of this fabulous location, so deeply immerse in the bushes that sometimes only the reddish colour of the roof is visible from a distance. Il Colonna Resort si estende su un'area complessiva di circa 60.000 metri quadri ed è composto da due blocchi distinti di ville che, con linee sobrie e tipiche delle costruzioni di stile "Costa Smeralda", costituiscono il "Country" e "Sporting Club". Il "Country" si sviluppa intorno a due grandi piscine, a cascata una sull'altra, su un parco di ginepri, mirto e corbezzolo, dove il sole, la luce, le colline ed il verde circostante, assieme agli angoli suggestivi delle insenature, sono la naturale cornice di questo esclusivo insediamento ad un solo piano, di cui spesso si vede solo il rosso ocra delle tegole di copertura. Lo "Sporting", invece, oltre all'ampia piscina, comprende un parco meraviglioso che abbraccia la zona sportiva del "Tennis Club", con le molte attività connesse. |
