Il ristorante "L'Antica Filanda" nasce nel 1990 a Galati Mamertino, un paesino in provincia di Messina immerso nel Parco dei Nebrodi. Ci troviamo a 800 metri s.l.m. . Oggi, dopo 13 anni di attività, "l'Antica Filanda" si sposta definitivamente a Caprileone, in una struttura più ampia ed elegante, che propone ai nostri ospiti una cucina sostanzialmente identica a quella abituale, attingendo però ai tesori dell'esperienza e cercando di offrire ai nostri clienti oltre che la genuinità dei prodotti, anche un servizio cortese e attento. |

La nostra è una cucina tipica di campagna, rivisitata in chiave moderna mantenendo inalterati i sapori e gli odori antichi che caratterizzano il nostro stile culinario. Puntiamo tantissimo sulla genuinità dei nostri piatti che variano sempre col susseguirsi delle stagioni valorizzando i prodotti del territorio. La nostra giovane età (27-38 anni) ci porta sempre alla ricerca ed alla creazione di nuovi piatti. |
