In this one, on the one hand, the majestic stairs are raised, with its starting constructed in the century XVI, that accedes to the noble plant and the dining rooms. By another one, it gives access to the interior of the wine presses, where the adapted room is for minusválidos, a hall-cafeteria, which they were the old blocks and the exit to the garden. The noble plant presents/displays two differentiated scopes: · the zone in volume to the recovered one solanar of century XVI, with a great hall with gallery, and three rooms · the zone barroca of the reform of the century XVII, that respects its solemn sequence of rooms and alcoves and in which are the suites. El zaguán, que acoge la recepción, se ha mantenido como tal a través de reformas posteriores, con sus arcos mudéjares formando un compás. En éste, por una parte, se alza la majestuosa escalera, con su arranque construido en el siglo XVI, que accede a la planta noble y a los comedores. Por otra, da acceso al interior de los trujales, donde se encuentra la habitación adaptada para minusválidos, un salón-cafetería, que eran las antiguas cuadras y la salida al jardín. La planta noble presenta dos ámbitos diferenciados: La zona en tomo al recuperado solanar del siglo XVI, con un gran salón con galería, y tres habitaciones. · La zona barroca de la reforma del siglo XVII, que respeta su solemne secuencia de salas y alcobas y en las que se encuentran las suites. Sumaríamos otra estancia, habilitada como dormitorio especial y que en algún momento fue cocina, conservando incluso su chimenea y su ventilación cenital. Se dota a todo el edificio en su zona habilitada de una instalación de calefacción por radiadores. La climatización, es decir, refrigeración de las zonas comunes en planta baja, se concibe como un apoyo a las condiciones muy favorables de temperatura de esta fábrica de piedra y tapial de barro, y yeso que proporciona temperaturas de confort en verano de forma natural.Todas las habitaciones tienen televisión, teléfono y acceso a Internet.
