The Hotel Casona de
Bustiello is located in the municipality of
Piloña in Asturias, not far from the
municipalities of Nava and Cabranes and the
parishes of Lodeña and Ques in
Piloña.A number of prehistoric
archaeological sites have been uncovered in the
municipality. One of the most outstanding pieces is
a dolmen consisting of a rounded stone, almost
elliptical in shape, with five holes and several
signs engraved on it, where the remains of five
prehistoric men were found, in addition to two
burnished axes, two "fiorite present" decorations
and a circular cup.

This charming town honours its patron saint in
the month of September, - the Exaltation of the
Holy Cross", a festivity which enjoys great
popularity in the area and attracts a large number
of pilgrims. Offerings of bread are made and there
is a parade of floats representing the images of
popular life and customs which draws a lot of
attention. Like any feast in Asturias worthy of its
reputation, local culinary offerings are not
lacking. In fact the gastronomy is always one of
the main reasons for visiting this municipality.
The Hotel Casona de Bustiello has ten romos
distributed on two floors and an attic. And what
makes the Hotel Casona de Bustiello a special place
is, in fact, the rooms.
