Beautifully restored in the traditional slate and wood style known as "black architecture", Casa Manadero is a charming country inn, nestled in the centre of Robledillo alongside the stream bearing its name: "El Manadero" (the Herdsman). The house consists of 5 rural apartments, each having a double occupancy room, small living area with integrated kitchen, and bathrooms of varying sizes and prices; a delightful "mesón", or traditional restaurant, greets you on the ground floor. Our apartments bear the names of the local flora: Lavanda (Lavender), Tomillo (Thyme), Zarzamora (Blackberry), Jara (Cistus), Brezo (Sage), and Azahar (Orange Blossom). Simplicity of style and warm, soothing colours create a cozy and harmonious atmosphere. |

The Manadero restaurant takes great pride in offering you dishes made with the finest ingredients of our surroundings and customs, from our local farm and garden produce to the delicious pork products derived from the annual "Matanza". The menu features a wide range of options: try a traditional local specialty, like stewed goat kid or a plate of housemade chorizo... or savour the natural goodness of grilled garden vegetables or spinach salad sprinkled with goat's cheese and basil oil.The options are many at Casa Manadero, and the staff is at your service to help you in any way we can to make your stay with us truly enjoyable: consult us for information on recreational or sightseeing activities, or let us prepare you a magnificent breakfast of toast, "migas" (traditional fried breadcrumbs), fried or scrambled eggs, and homemade pastries. Come down to our restaurant and enjoy a meal or a light bite, sip a drink at the bar or, in the wintertime, roast a few chesnuts over our fire... it's up to you! And after your meal, relax with a "mojito"... the rum is Cuban, but the lemons are from Robledillo! |

Es una magnifica rehabilitación en pizarra y madera de una casa rural típica de arquitectura negra. Esta situada dentro del casco urbano de Robledillo, junto al regato que lleva su nombre"El Manadero". Consta de 5 apartamentos rurales, compuestos de habitación doble, saloncito con cocina americana y baño de distintos tamaños y precios; y en su planta baja un pequeño mesón-restaurante. Lavanda, Tomillo, Zarzamora, Jara, Brezo y Azahar dan nombre a nuestros apartamentos. Sencillez y colores alegres crean un cálido y armonioso ambiente.Restaurante " Manadero" ofrece platos elaborados con productos naturales, de nuestra huerta, matanza y granja. |

Destacando platos tan tradicionales como la caldereta de cabrito o tan naturales como una parrillada de verduras del huerto. En Casa Manadero podrás pasar unos días de la manera que más desees, estamos abierto a hacerte disfrutar de tu estancia en nuestra casa, para informarte sobre las actividades a realizar, prepararte un magnifico desayuno con tostadas, migas, huevos fritos o revueltos, dulces caseros,..., degustar cualquiera de nuestros platos, prepararte un mojito de ron cubano o en invierto asar unas castañas en la chimenea; depende de ti, de cual sean tus expectativas al visitar nuestra casa. Y después de la comida o cena, tomar un mojito de ron cubano, pero con limones roblillejos. |
