Peace and tranquillity go hand in hand here, so it's a great place if you're looking to get away from it all. The owner Maria Eugenia took over the place in 1998 from a state of dilapidation. Tastefully and with care she transformed it into the fine lodging that it is today whilst keeping to the typical Cantabrian style. |

The structure of the 19th century building remained intact, for as Maria Eugenia points out "I like to feel the past in the walls" Inside the eclectic decoration ranges from the classical (18th century pieces) to the modern (elegant 1940's furnishings). |
