Molino de las Pilas, a perfect place for those looking for peacefulness. It has six doubles bedrooms. As it keeps an olive oil press we have desired to lay stress on the diversity of the olive oil world. The rooms are named after olives varieties. The old building wall thickness has been kept. All the rooms are furnished in an elegantly rustic style, with terracotta floor, true wooden beams, British engravings, printed designs, and old furniture and doors. All the rooms are en-suite, with central heating, TV, phone, and "Queen Size" beds (5.90 ft wide). Asked in advance, double bedrooms can be converted in twin beds bedrooms. In two of the rooms, the stay can be more comfortable thanks to their coal-effect fires.

From all the rooms, you can enjoy scenery Guadalteba Valley views. The restaurant is truly unique in its conception. Tables are situated among the original old workings of the mill: the great stones, the long beamed press and the large earthen vessels. Dishes are based in Andalucian cook tradition. You can taste Small cheese patties, Cold lentils with soused chicken, Small red peppers stuffed with black pudding, Deep fried cod with red pepper dressing, Grilled Iberian pork tenderloin with red wine dressing, to name just a few.Not only can the hotel guests enjoy the restaurant, it's opened for public use, but, to keep exclusivity, it offers just forty eight covers, comfortably distributed along the mill. If you want to celebrate any special ceremony, we can be prepared just for eighty covers inside the restaurant.Molino de las Pilas has a wide cobbled courtyard, with the original well and watering place.

Bougainvilleas, jasmines, and other sweet odour plants blossom on the wall of the patio.Guests can enjoy with a terrace, pool and a small garden. The lobby has glass wall and it's opened to the patio. It offers comfortable furniture, fireplace and a library.Molino de las Pilas is surrounding by the countryside and just by Sierra de la Camorra slopes, where a herd of vultures are nesting. It's just one mile away from the town and in Guadalteba reservoir area. From the hotel you can book different activities, such as hiking, multi-adventures, canoeing... Booking in advance, we can prepare different courses for groups, such as The Andalusian Cook, Olive oil testing, Aromatherapy,
