El Olivo, crowing jewel of La Residencia and perhaps one of the finest restaurants in all of Spain, takes the art of dining to yet another level: the seduction of the palate.El Olivo is a refurbished 16th century olive press, the most romantic setting in Mallorca, offering a star-studded menu and equally impressive wine list, a must for all epicures. Son Fony, a restaurant with a more casual atmosphere but with a no less delicious cuisine. It is worth trying the chef's suggestions of Mallorquin local dishes wich share menu with more international ones. The dress code for both restaurants is smart casual. No shorts are allowed. |
