This luxurious villa is set on a large private estate on the stunning North West coast of Mallorca, just south of Valldemossa, between the traditional town of Esporles and the picturesque terraced village of Banyalbufar. Both these villages provide a variety of restaurants and tapas bars, as well as other local amenities. The estate is approximately 4,000 acres, set in mountains, valleys, pine forests, farmland and 5 kms of coastline, providing complete privacy for guests.

Guests are free to enjoy walking on the numerous paths on the estate, among the terraced olive trees or along a beautiful coastal walk. There is also direct access to a pebble beach. Central to the estate is a large historic manor house dating from the 1800's, unused now, but forming an incredible centrepiece to the dramatic scenery. Terracing surrounds the manor house with citrus trees, almonds and thousands of olive trees. There is one other villa to rent on the estate, Villa Blanca, but this is in a completely different and private part of the estate. |

Villa Tinta is built in a traditional Mallorcan style, with terracotta floors and exposed beamed ceilings, and has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The bedrooms, 2 doubles with their own sitting area, and 2 twins, all have en-suite marble bathrooms and open to furnished terraces The living areas have their own individual air conditioning. Further amenities include satellite television (English, German and Spanish channels), video, DVD, Bose hi-fi and surround-sound system, Sony Playstation and a selection of videos, DVDs and CDs. There is also ADSL internet access. The several outdoor terraces include a shaded dining area with seating for 8 people, a barbecue and traditional Mallorcan stone oven.

A large sun terrace is furnished with teak sun loungers and has a heated swimming pool (15 x 6m), and a bar area. There is also a shared tennis court on the estate. This property is rented on a full service arrangement, which includes the preparation of a continental breakfast 7 days a week, and a chef to prepare a buffet lunch, pre-dinner canapés and dinner 6 days a week. Stewardess to serve lunch, dinner and drinks 6 days a week. The chef can also prepare a separate children's meal if required. The cost of food is extra, but house wine, Spanish beer and soft drinks are included in this arrangement. |
