Chef Mark Fosh's superb Michelin-starred restaurant, with its yawning arches and whimsical trompe l'oeil murals of Greek and Roman gods, is one of the best restaurants on the island (typical dishes include pan-fried sea bass served over pureed potatoes with anchovies, licorice, and lemon juice, topped with a spoonful of frothy tomato fondue), while Bistro 33, situated in the old olive press, offers a more low-key menu of island country cooking.
