Surrounded by a wonderful garden and wood with many oak and palm trees, the total area covers 385,000 square metres.The main building, situated in a especially tranquil area and comprising twenty rooms, was home to Menorcan aristocrats before becoming a hotel in 1.997. Now devoted exclusively to the hospitality of our guests it features a bar, lounge, dining-room and kitchen. The original floor of the building is over two hundred years old. On the ground floor is a reception hall and rooms for twenty people all with bathrooms en suite. Additionally, each room has its own individual private garden.Above, on the next floor there are five spacious apartments with splendid terraces and where excellent views of the countryside can be enjoyed alongside the small town and bay of Ciutadella. |

The ancient loft of the house on the second floor comprises five more apartments with communal lounge and beautiful sloping wooden ceilings which provide a very special and welcoming atmosphere.Each of the rooms is charmingly decorated in a distinctively Mediterranean style and is provided handsomely with Menorcan and English furniture dating from the 18th century to the present day. These delightful interiors were produced by the architect and decorator D. Pedro Mayans with the assistance of Dña. Carmen Murtra. |
