The building where AC Ciudad de Sevilla is
located was built in 1927 by architect Vicente
Traver as part of an ensemble of residential houses
designed on the occasion of the 1927 Universal
Exhibition
The hotel is in one of the
most emblematic residential areas in the city,
-Avenida Manuel Siurot and between the streets of
Cardenal Ilundain and Juan Lara Nieto.
Very close to Plaza de España and Parque
de María Luisa, it is also near the
historical centre of the city. It is a hotel which
combines turn of the century architecture with an
up-to-date avant-garde elegance.
