Situata sul suggestivo colle di Montecchio, da cui si domina il caratteristico borgo medievale di San Donato, questa tenuta storica è stata in parte trasformata in residenza agrituristica e permette di trascorrere una vacanza ricca di relax sulle colline del Chianti. Il parco, i vigneti e la terra dal colore rossastro, tipica di questo angolo di Toscana, fanno da cornice ideale a questa struttura interamente realizzata in pietra e divisa in due costruzioni vicine. Gli 11 appartamenti, situati in entrambe le case, alcuni dotati di camino, sono tutti arredati con gusto nel rispetto dell'arte toscana e sono dotati di confort superiori quali cassetta di sicurezza, dispositivo di allarme, predisposizione per attacco internet, tv satellite ed asciugacapelli. |

Ogni cucina inoltre è dotata di lavastoviglie. Accanto alle due case, circondate dagli ulivi, si trovano le due piscine, una per gli adulti (10 x 16) e l'altra (Ø 5) pensata per gli ospiti più piccoli dell'agriturismo (aperte Mag./Sett.). Dall'altra parte del parco, nelle serate d'estate, a disposizione dei clienti, un invitante barbecue attorniato da tavoli in legno grezzo. A completare il soggiorno in fattoria, la possibilità di effettuare visite guidate alle Cantine, dove si possono acquistare il Chianti Classico DOCG, l'olio e le grappe locali, alla Fornace, dove si produce la rinomata terracotta dell'Impruneta e al suggestivo Frantoio nel quale, oltre alle sale degustazione per olio e vino, si trova anche una pinacoteca.
