You'll find everything from old style apartments in the farmhouse to luxurious rooms at the bed and breakfast.The location is perfect for exploring Florence and Siena, as well as other nearby towns such as San Gimignano, Assisi, Arezzo, Montalcino, and Montepulciano. On the farm, you'll find three typical Tuscan homes named: '"Antico Podere Zobi", "Podere Perticato" and "Podere Montelodoli".Perticato a Montelodoli are divided into apartments, and each is tastefully decorated and equipped with modern amenities, Zobi is a Villa with private pool and garden.

The big tuscany homes are in a natural setting, with an expansive garden, a swimming pool, and a barbecue area ideal for dining outdoors. We can also provide games for the children. Inside, you'll find elegant furnishings, Tuscan wood-beam floors, and stone fireplaces. The apartments with individual entrances and central heating are available year-round. There is some apartment arranged for disable. At the farm, you can rent mountain bikes, or you'll find a horse stable just 8 km away, and tennis courts just 2 km away. Nearby are few small towns that offer post offices, banks, pharmacies, small grocery stores, supermarkets, tipical restaurants and pizzerie. Is also possible to visit the ancient cellar, the frantoio and to taste the wine and the olive oil of our production. |

The farm is also part of an animal reserve, wich means "outdoor lovers" will find so much to do in this beautiful and relatively untouched landscape. If you enjoy hiking or bicycling, you'll find a forest of oak, holm oak, acacia, and cypress trees nearby, as well as picturesque pastures where you'll encounter the wild animals of the region.Five luxurios antique-filled rooms with twin-sized beds and full bathrooms are available at the bed and breakfast near the center of the farm. Every detail is taken care of for you, including the breakfast that is served in the dining room near a large fireplace. You'll also find a television in the other large hall of the villa..All guests can use the parking area for their cars and buy items produced at the farm in the small shop located near the church.. |

La fattoria Villa Sant'Andrea si estende su oltre 600 ettari nella zona Chianti Classico ed ha come centro l'antico borgo di Fabbrica. Nel borgo si trovano la Villa, la chiesa di Sant'Andrea, la cantina di invecchiamento ed il frantoio aziendale.Intorno alla fattoria, a circa 360m. s.l.m., i declivi con le migliori esposizioni sono destinati a vigneto. Villa S. Andrea offre la possibilità di trascorrere una vacanza da sogno, immersi in campagna, nei tre casali denominati Podere Perticato, Podere Montelodoli e Villa Zobi. Ogni casale è finemente ristrutturato e circondato da un grande giardino con piscina. Perticato e Montelodoli sono divisi in appartamenti mentre Zobi è un villa indipendente con piscina privata. Tutti gli appartamenti hanno caratteristici soffitti con travi a vista in legno di quercia, pavimenti in cotto, sono arredati con mobili in arte povera Toscana e dotati di tutti i comforts. Negli spazi comuni esterni, gli ospiti hanno a disposizione la piscina, il barbeque, attrezzatura per pranzare all'aperto ed una lavanderia con lavatrice, asse e ferro da stiro. |
