The
secrets of the Tuscan chef
For groups or individuals, a 4-day course in
Tuscan cooking held by an award-winning Tuscan chef
with demonstration, preparation, cooking and
tasting in the reserved trompe lčoeil decorate
rooms of a period Tuscan villa. The owner of the
villa will be present, togheter with a multilingual
guide, and the cost also includes transfer to and
from the hotel, and printed material.
All-inclusive tariffs:
per person per four-day course.
COURSE PROGRAMME
Courses are held every week from
Tuesday to Friday, inclusive , at any time of
year.
1st Day
10,30 : preparation of Tuscan hors dčoeuvres
(bruschetta,bread or polenta crostini, hot
seafood)
Tasting of dishes prepared and ý la carte
menu for remainder of meal, with wine and soft
drinks.
2nd Day
10,30 : preparation of first courses (panzerotti
with ham and oregano, maccheroni ai funghi, zuppa
alla frantoiana with ribollita, home-made
pasta)
13,30 : tasting of food prepared and ý la
carte menu for remainders of meal, with wine and
soft drinks.
3rd Day
17,30 : preparation of secound courses and side
dishes (tagliata di manzo, fried rabbit and
chicken, fried vegetables, fagioli
allčuccelletto)
21,30 : tasting of food prepared and ý la
carte menu for remainders of meal, with wine and
soft drinks.
4th Day
17,30 : preparation of desserts with demonstration.
Accompanied with wines from Tuscany and other parts
of Italy (torta con i becchi, cantuccini alle
mandorle, torta con le carote, schiacciata di
pasqua)
21,30 : Tasting of dishes prepared and ý la
carte menu for remainder of meal, with wines and
soft drinks.
