The villa was finely restructured using the same materials originally used in its construction, thus conserving the characteristics of the villa since its previous restoration in 1919.The furnishings are also original antiques that have lasted throughout time.The villa is surrounded by a wide garden with centuries-old trees. The garden with swimming pool is exclusively available for our guests.Six apartments have been created in the building that used to house the stables and the house where the lemon trees (limonaia) were sheltered during the winter months. The apartments, created with traditional oak-beamed ceilings and terracotta floors, provide the charm of a Tuscan home.Each of the apartments has a small private garden.Both structures have direct access to the swimming pool (7.5 by 15 meters) and to the surrounding garden.The Casole Farmhouse is immersed in the green valley of the Mugello, a territory rich in art and history, the area where the Medici family traces its origins...The farmhouse is located in the municipality of Vicchio, birthplace of the famous Giotto and Beato Angelico....A meeting place of culture in time... |

The property belonged to the Church up until 1350 when it was ceded to the Landi family. Towards the end of the 16th century, the Landi family name went extinct and the property was passed on to relatives with the Altoviti family name. During this time, the villa was the center of an intense cultural period, in particular during the period in which it belonged to Bindo Altoviti, a great merchant who even commissioned Benvenuto Cellini to sculpt a bronze bust of Altoviti....An extraordinary Tuscan landscape...Located on the southern slopes of the Apennines, the Casole Farmhouse property extends from an area at about 350 meters above sea level to arrive at about 600 meters above sea level in the higher areas of the property. This height difference provides an incredible panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. The Casole Farmhouse spreads out over 230 hectares (568 acres) with cultivated fields of grain and wheat, oak chestnuts, grazing fields and woods. |

La villa è stata finemente ristrutturata usando gli stessi materiali dell'epoca e conservandone le caratteristiche pervenute a noi dopo l'ultimo restauro avvenuto nel 1919.Anche gli arredi sono quelli originali pervenuti ad oggi.La villa è circondata da un ampio parco con piante secolari ad uso esclusivo da cui si accede alla piscina.Immagini della Villa e del parcoNelle scuderie e nella limonaia sono stati ricavati sei appartamenti realizzati con le tradizionali travi a vista e gli inpiantiti di cotto conservando intatto il fascino della casa toscana.Tutti gli appartamenti hanno un giardino privato al piano.Entrambe le strutture hanno accesso alla piscina 7.5 per 15 ed al grande pratcircostante. |

La Fattoria di Casole è immersa nella verde vallata del Mugello, ricca di arte e di storia da cui trasse origine la famiglia Medici...Questa è situata nel comune di Vicchio famoso per aver annoverato tra i suoi cittadini Giotto e il Beato Angelico....Un luogo di incontro per la cultura del tempo...Fu di proprietà della Chiesa fino a circa 1350 quando fu ceduta alla famiglia Landi che verso la fine del 1500 si estinse nella famiglia Altoviti. Fu proprio questo il periodo in cui la Villa fu al centro di un intenso periodo culturale specie quando appartenne a Bindo Altoviti grande mecenate che tra l'altro vi si vece immortalare da Benvenuto Cellini con un capolavoro in bronzo....Uno straordinario paesaggio toscano...Situata sul versante sud degli Appennini la Fattoria di Casole è nella parte bassa ad un altezza di circa 350 m sul livello del mare arrivando a circa 600 nella parte più alta. Questo dislivello fornisce una straordinaria veduta paesaggistica. La Fattoria è composta di circa 230 ettari di terreno adibiti a cereali, grano, castagneti, prati pascoli, prati da sfalcio, boschi.
