In addition to Terme di Casciana proposals, the new thermal Spa Villa Borri is a real jewel placed in a XVIII century Manor Villa. The real novelty is the residence that is made up by 22 apartments one-room flat, two-roomed flat and three-room flat which have been finely renovated in a typical Tuscany style. Inside guests can find terracotta-tiled floor, wooden or vaulted brick ceilings, big bathroom with shower and, in the living room, there is a kitchenette where guests can cook if they like. From apartments it is possible to reach the thermal wellness centre only by walking few metres in the private garden surrounding the whole building. Near the coffee-side we can provide a brunch for our guests from 11.30 to 14.30. An inside restaurant isn't built yet but soon we will be able to provide menu à la carte both at lunch-time and at dinner-time. Inside the apartments guests can find heavy cloaks which they can wear over the bathrobe in winter, in order to reach the wellness centre, situated in the centre of the whole complex. |

Terme Villa Borri can provide for guests a personal butler who can cook, look after their children or bring out their dog. The whole complex is surrounded by a vast park, with relax areas, where in the morning it is possible to have a wake up of muscle tone. Inside the main building guests can find a thermal area with water naturally warm at 36° which consists of two pools, a beautiful Turkish bath, an ice-factory for the thermic choc, two emotional showers, a slow river and a lot of suggestions. Here you can find also a floating pool.Inside the thermal suites there are a lot of period frescos, here guests can try several treatments, for example the fire-place massage or eastern massages. Relax is guaranteed thanks to solarium and the big park with the possibility to have a bath in the antique washbasin where the thermal water is flowing in order to have the "Soul's Laundry". |

Inserite in una Villa padronale del 1700, Terme Villa Borri sono un vero e proprio gioiello che va ad aggiungersi alle molteplici proposte delle Terme di Casciana. La vera novità è la residenza costituita da 22 appartamenti mono-bi-trilocali finemente ristrutturati in stile tipico toscano di varie tipologie con pavimenti in cotto e solai in legno o a volte di mattoni, stanze da bagno spaziose e dotate di doccia, mentre nella sala soggiorno trova posto l'angolo cottura ove i clienti possono cucinare, se lo desiderano e ove si può soggiornare accedendo al centro benessere termale percorrendo semplicemente pochi metri del parco privato che raccoglie l'intero complesso. Adiacente all'angolo bar tutti i giorni dalle ore 11,30 alle 14,30 il personale addetto allestisce per gli ospiti un sontuoso brunch. La struttura a breve sarà dotata anche di ristorante interno ove, oltre al breakfast incluso nel prezzo possono consumare pranzo e cena à la carte. |

Gli appartamenti sono dotati di pesanti mantelli che gli ospiti, durante la stagione invernale, per altro molto mite, possono indossare sopra l'accappatoio per accedere al centro benessere che è situato nel cuore del complesso e, a disposizione degli ospiti. A richiesta Terme Villa Borri mettono a disposizione esclusiva degli ospiti interessati, un cuoco/cameriere che può all'occorrenza accudire i bambini o portare fuori il cane. L'intero complesso è dotato di un grande parco con aree solarium e relax ove al mattino è possibile effettuare il risveglio del tono muscolare. Due piscine termali coperte, una grande vasca float, un bellissimo bagno turco contenente una vasca termale per le abluzioni, una fabbrica del ghiaccio per lo choc termico e tanta, tanta suggestione. I grandi camerini sono caratterizzati da pitture su calce dell'epoca e vi si possono effettuare trattamenti in un contesto unico: massaggi alla luce della legna che arde nel caminetto, reparto orientale in grado di risvegliare le emozioni. I solarium ed il parco circostante garantiscono il relax, con la possibilità di immergersi nel vecchio lavatoio ove scorre l'acqua termale per "il bucato dell'anima". |
